However, shipping times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control. Returns & Refunds Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in new and unused condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for a full refund.
Restocking Fee: Items returned that do not meet the new and unused condition requirement may be subject to a restocking fee, or may be refused at our discretion.
To initiate a return, please contact us at our official email with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
