The People's Souk is not a registered charity. Donations are made by The People's Souk on behalf of our customers to Helping Hand for Relief and Development.

Shipping Disclaimer

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high demand periods. The People's Souk is not responsible for delays outside our control once an order has been dispatched.

Product Disclaimer

Colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on screen due to monitor settings and photography lighting.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, please note that variations in lighting, photography, and individual screen settings may affect how colors and details appear.

As a result, slight differences between the product images and the item received are normal and do not constitute a defect. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept that these variations may occur.

Refunds or returns will not be issued based solely on perceived differences in color, tone, or appearance caused by lighting or display settings. All items are evaluated based on their consistency with the product description and specifications provided at the time of purchase.

We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible.

Returns & Refunds

Standard items are eligible for return within 30 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with original packaging intact. Items that do not meet this condition may be subject to a restocking fee. All sales are final on discounted items.

General Liability

The People's Souk is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact your local carrier or file a claim directly for such cases.
